Any clan map is bound to be misleading because lands changed hands in the course of Highland history - so MacKenzies expelled MacLeods from Lewis, Camerons took over MacMillan lands in Lochaber, and Campbells displaced MacDonalds on Islay and elsewhere in Argyll
